Tevin and the team were phenomenal. They take care of veterans and first responders! Had a flat tire, got me in the next morning and changed it in no time! They absolutely have my business moving forward!

My son and I are driving from Wisconsin to California. We got a flat tire driving on Highway 80 in Iowa around Des Moines. We managed to get the flat tire off and put on the spare. We drove a couple miles to the Big O tires in Urbandale. They got us a new tire and put it back on for us. They even pulled all our camping gear out of the back of our Golf GTI hatchback and put the spare back. We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to Tevin and everyone at Big O Tires. You made a potentially catastrophic situation not so bad at all. You were livesavers. Bless you all.

The employees at Big O Tires were fantastic. We got a flat on a road trip and big o tires was near by. The guys got us a new tire, switched the spare out and had us back on the road super fast. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Got 4 new ew tires and alignment at a reasonable price. I signed up for the appointment online quite easily. Interaction with staff during the service was easy, low pressure and all done via text messaging.

Great experience at Big O Tires! I had an issue with my front driver-side tire and they were able to get it repaired quickly. Tevin and the team got me in and out and made the whole process really easy. I really appreciated the fast, friendly service and how smoothly everything went. Very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them!
